Boomtown Festival, Winchester
Boomtown is an ever-evolving story. Eight city districts come to life, each with their own unique vision for how we build a perfect world. There’s characters to meet, causes to join and secrets to be revealed around every corner. I’ll be running several workshops throughout the festival, including ‘Speed Meeting’, ‘F*** Yes Breathwork’ and ‘Look At Me’.

I’m a main host and facilitator for this beautiful festival, featuring a week of workshops on the themes of body awareness, sensuality and relationships.

Silent Disco & Ecstatic Dance Workshop
The Fun Fed @ The Winch, London
Expect a rich mix of playful activities to warm your hearts and connect your souls. We’ll be holding some playful games followed by an Ecstatic Dance to uplift and unite. We infuse playfulness into the experience, whether it is through new ways to move or using embodied games.
