Dance is one of the most transformative, joyous and healing activities humans can participate in. I am a big advocate for free dancing, not teaching steps, but guiding people into expressing through their bodies.

I am an Ecstatic Dance facilitator and a Ceremony Leader at Ecstatic Dance UK. I am on the Dance The Medicine Team, bringing trainings in Ecstatic Dance DJing and facilitating.

I run Full Moon women's ecstatic dance gatherings outdoors in SE London and am an aspiring Ecstatic Dance DJ, check out my mixcloud.

I ran a Flirty Dancing workshop at Wilderness Festival 2021, helping others to get into their playful and sensual selves and flirt with each other in an embodied way.

I have run Microdancing workshops at Nowhere festival in Spain and at The Institute of Love in Berlin, which is a sort of a cuddle-dance, getting people to melt into each other through small movements whilst in an embrace. I facilitated at Nest festival ‘Dancing with the Universe’, which was to bring people into a transcendent experience.
