Some of the best human experiences happen when people gather together to interact and connect with each other. I love to facilitate groups and encourage them to participate, whether it is dancing, dating or immersive adventures. I’ve had the pleasure of being involved in the following projects:
authentic relating workshops
I host Authentic Relating workshops, here is me at an Ecstatic Dance UK retreat in Embercombe, Devon.
I have trained in Authentic Relating Level 1 & 2 with ART International, and I mix these exercises with connection games and improv comedy warm ups, to bring the group together in an embodied way.
re-connection cabaret
I co-hosted a 'Re-Connection Cabaret' at Wilderness Festival 2021 in the Togetherness Tent, with the fabulous King of More. It involved prepared acts and encouraging improvised performances from the audience, to connect everyone together. The A-Z of dance particularly went down a treat, getting everyone to dance through the alphabet…

I am an event curator and host of Morning Gloryville. I also DJed at its first ever online event which attracted 800 guests.
They are the most joyous events, to lift people into a high vibration, where people are encouraged to dress up, dance, express themselves, which is helped by awesome DJs and immersive theatrics.

We are an immersive theatre collective born in the pandemic, bringing interactive, wacky entertainment to zoom.
Jump aboard the Tropicana Fantasea cruise ship and meet our crew, including smooth talking Captain SuperWow, an enthusiastic cleaner Doletta who also moonlights as a show-girl, an aqua aerobics teacher Miss.Lorrafun, the cruising grannies and sometimes even Jane McDonald makes an appearance (and sings a song…)
Go on an adventure and meet lots of tropical animals on Tropicana Fantasea island. Or go into outer space on board the Tropicana Fantasea space ship.
Wherever we go, we are sure to get you to use your imagination as we transport you to new destinations, you see absurd storylines develop, the characters reveal all, we’ll play games, dance around and there’s always some visual trickery from hacking zoom to get you laughing.
We have performed for numerous Co-Reality Collective parties, for online Burning Man with Sparkleverse, Virtual Decompression and Morning Gloryville. Our Corporate clients include WhatIf Innovation, Zillow and Wayfair.

shhh dating
london’s favourite silent dating event!
One area people need help in, is in connecting whilst dating. I trained up to be a Shhh Dating facilitator, which is a silent speed dating event, where I guide people through playful games using the body only, and then a round of eye-gazing with each other to see if there is a spark beyond words.
I pivoted these into Shhh Dating workshops onto zoom, where we did games, connection exercises and encouraged authenticity and playfulness in order to help people form connections with each other, before putting them into break out rooms for 1 to 1 conversations.

I produce the ‘Cosmic Playground’ events, which are online experiences using Sparkle and Spatial Chat technologies to help singles connect with each other.
There are numerous experiences to choose from including speed dating, open mic, connection games, workshops and even an immersive Complaints Department to moan about your love life…
speed networking events
I host experiences for companies for connection, including speed networking. We play Conversation Roulette using the Wheel of Questions, to give prompts to employees and also chit-chat amongst the guests.

I hosted these Disco Dance parties online over the lockdown, bringing in other DJs and dancers to get the party started!

Burning man’s online universe
I am a founding member of the online party collective Co-Reality Collective, which was born in the pandemic out of a need to keep the party going whilst stuck in our houses. A global tribe of performers, dancers, DJs, philosophers, story tellers, artists and party goers gathered to use our imaginations to create epic adventures online, to help connect others, to bring joy and to blow people’s minds with endless creative possibility. We went to the moon, partied inside a human body, we had an awesome boat party and island party, we celebrated New Year’s Eve at midnight in every time zone round the world, and celebrated Valentine’s Day at The Love Inn. We created these imagined worlds in several zoom rooms, all connected by a party map as our technology evolved.
This eventually led to us producing online Burning Man, SparkleVerse, for 2 years. I was in the SparkleVerse Team as Outreach and Content Co-ordinator and we co-created a week-long global online incredible experience.
